锦鲤求职岗位描述
1、与EE模组研发团队合作，作为部门技术窗口，参与厘清系统对模组需求，分解和细化指标，定义和优化接口，并做维护更新。
2、对关键指标进行建模分析，定义技术方案和相关风险管控方案，并负责执行。
3、制定EE模组（包括供电及线缆）系统集成步骤与计划，与系统部门商讨和定义系统验证标准，并负责EE的系统集成。
4、协助解决量产过程中产生的各种问题。
5、协助现场客服工程师解决客户端遭遇的技术问题。可能需要驻客户端解决问题。
1. As Technical Point of Contact, compile and clarify top down requirements. Breakdown specs and define interfaces.
2. Develop model of key EE specs, define technical plan and compile risk profile. Execute defined plan.
3. Define EE module integration plan and validation criteria, lead EE integration.
4. Support to resolve MFG related issues.
5. Support to resolve field issues.
1. 研究生及以上学历。
2. 学科：电子工程，自动化，精密仪器等相关工程学科。
3. 熟练使用相关电路或者系统设计和仿真工具，如OrCAD，SPICE，Matlab，etc.
4. 有完成和交付具体项目经验者优先。
5. 强烈的责任心，工作积极主动、执行力强，具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、具有独立分析和解决综合问题的能力。
6. 具良好的动手能力，熟悉各种电子相关测试仪器，如示波器、信号发生器、频谱分析仪、高精密源表，等等。
7. 出差比例：<15%
1. Master degree and above.
2. Major: Electronics Engineering, Automation, Precise Instrument, etc. (211/985).
3. Familiar with related circuit design and simulation tools: OrCAD, SPICE, Matlab, etc.
4. Experience of finished projects with deliverables are desired.
5. Strong ownership, Self-motivated. Effective comminicator, team work. Capable to analyze and resolve cross-discipline and cross-team issues.
6. Strong hands-on capability, familiar with related instruments, e.g. Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Logic Analyzer, SMU, etc.
7. Travel percentage: <15%.
