职位概述：
作为电磁场方面的 （资深）仿真工程师，你将加入我们充满活力的仿真技术团队，专注于支持下一代先进半导体设备及工艺的开发与优化工作。你将学习并运用电磁动力学等多学科知识，在资深工程师的指导下，对半导体设备研发中的多种问题，进行研究并提供最优的解决方案。这是一个将理论知识应用于尖端半导体设备领域、快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。
主要职责：
1.与工艺/射频工程师进行深入的交流：真正理解他们的与射频或甚高频电磁场相关问题所在， 并提出仿真方案
2.应用商业电磁场仿真软件如 ANSYS HFSS 与MAXWELL，建立仿真模型，分析结果，以提出解决及优化方案
3.与CFD团队合作完成电磁相关的多物理场仿真项目
1. Communicate with process / RF engineers to understand their issues that may be related to electro-magnetic effects at RF or VHF
2. Build the simulate models using the software such as HFSS and MAXWELL, and analyze the results so as to propose to resolve, or mitigate the issues
3. Co-work with CFD team to conduct the joint simulation that involves the E-M modeling on ANSYS framework
岗位要求
博士学历，应届毕业生。物理，电气工程等相关理工科专业；具有使用HFSS，MAXWELL，SPICE 等电磁场仿真的经历。
MS/PhD (graduation 2027) in physics, electric engineering, or related field, with E-M simulation experiences in using modeling software such as ANSYS (HFSS, MAXWELL, etc.), SPICE, etc.
