2027届-资深仿真工程师（分子动力学）-Simulation Sr. Engineer (Molecular Dynamics)

职位概述：

作为分子动力学方面的 资深仿真工程师，你将加入我们充满活力的仿真技术团队，专注于支持下一代先进半导体设备及工艺的开发与优化工作。你将学习并运用分子动力学等多学科知识，在资深工程师的指导下，对半导体设备研发中的多种问题，进行研究并提供最优的解决方案。这是一个将理论知识应用于尖端半导体设备领域、快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。

主要职责：

1. 与工艺工程师进行深入的交流：真正理解他们的工艺，及相关问题所在， 并应用量子物理/化学的仿真工具对原子/分子层面的动力学问题进行研究

2. 针对工艺过程，即气相组分与wafer表面的反应，进行在原子/分子层面的动力学问题仿真分析 。

3. 形成表面反应的机理模型，以使得微观工艺仿真，及腔室尺度的宏观仿真能够实现

1. Communicate with process engineers to understand their recipes, in order to study the underline atomic/molecular dynamics using simulation tools based on quantum physics/chemistry

2. Simulate and analyze the dynamics at atomic/molecular level, for the process of gas-phase species interacting with surface adsorbed species to grow bulk layers

3. To formulate the surface reaction mechanism to enable the feature scale simulation for material growth, in conjunction of chamber scale CFD simulation

岗位要求：

1.博士学历，应届毕业生。物理，材料科学，化学，表面化学，或相关专业 。具有DFT，分子动力学，等方面仿真分析的丰富经历

1. PhD (graduation in 2027) in physics, material science, chemistry, surface chemistry, or related field, highly experienced in using modeling tools on Density Function Theory, Molecular Dynamics, etc.
