Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Position Overview:

As a Opto-Mechanical Engineer, you will join our advanced semiconductor equipment R&D team, focusing on the design and optimization of mechanical structures for the core electron optical systems. You will apply knowledge from mechanical design, materials science, thermal engineering, and electromagnetics. Under the guidance of senior engineers, you will participate in the full cycle from component design to system-level testing, including optical component optimization, and modules integration and testing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge in cutting-edge semiconductor equipment development, grow rapidly, and realize your potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize components for electron optical system, including mechnical parts and toolings design, and selection of vacuum-related components.

Responsible for modules assembly and testing, and continue optimization design based testing results.

岗位要求（中文）：

博士或硕士学历，机械工程或精密机械专业。

扎实的机械设计与力学基础，熟悉常见材料性能、热学与公差分析方法。

具备良好的实验与动手能力，能够进行机械装配、调试与问题排查。

具备基础的数据分析与建模能力，能熟练使用至少一种分析/仿真工具（如 Matlab, Python, ANSYS, COMSOL, SolidWorks Simulation 等）。

良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读技术文档、专利及科研论文。

了解真空系统或高压环境下的机械结构设计者优先。

对半导体设备研发有热情，具备快速学习与解决问题的能力。

工作认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神。

Job Requirements:

PhD or Master’s degree, in Mechanical Engineering or Precision Engineering.

Solid foundation in mechanical design and mechanics, with knowledge of materials properties, thermal analysis, and tolerance analysis.

Strong hands-on and experimental skills, capable of mechanical assembly, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Basic skills in data analysis and modeling, with proficiency in at least one analytical/simulation tool (e.g., Matlab, Python, ANSYS, COMSOL, SolidWorks Simulation).

Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to read technical documents, patents, and scientific papers.

Familiarity with vacuum systems or mechanical design under high-voltage environments is a plus.

Passionate about semiconductor equipment development, with strong ability and willingness to learn quickly and solve problems.

Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
