岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

1. 光机系统设计：负责半导体量检测机台的光学机械系统（光机）整体设计与优化，确保光学性能与机械结构的完美匹配。

Optical-Mechanical System Design: Responsible for the overall design and optimization of the optical-mechanical systems for semiconductor metrology and inspection equipment, ensuring a perfect match between optical performance and mechanical structure.

2.运动系统调试与排障：主导精密运动系统的现场调试工作，快速定位并解决（Trouble-shooting）系统运行中的各类机械与运动异常问题。

Motion System Debugging & Troubleshooting: Lead the on-site debugging of precision motion systems; quickly locate and resolve (trouble-shoot) various mechanical and motion-related anomalies during system operation.

3.基础运动控制：参与并执行简单的运动控制算法配置与测试，配合控制工程师完成运动轨迹的验证与优化。

Basic Motion Control: Participate in and execute the configuration and testing of basic motion control algorithms, assisting control engineers in verifying and optimizing motion trajectories.

4.精密机械设计：承担机台核心零部件及精密机械结构的设计、出图及公差分析，确保满足半导体设备的高精度与高稳定性要求。

Precision Mechanical Design: Undertake the design, drafting, and tolerance analysis of core components and precision mechanical structures for the equipment, ensuring they meet the high-precision and high-stability requirements of semiconductor equipment.

岗位要求 / Job Requirements

1.机械设计能力：具备扎实的机械设计理论基础，熟练使用SolidWorks/AutoCAD等三维/二维设计软件，有精密机械或光机结构设计经验者优先。

Mechanical Design Skills: Solid theoretical foundation in mechanical design; proficient in 3D/2D design software such as SolidWorks/AutoCAD. Prior experience in precision mechanical or opto-mechanical structural design is preferred.

2.系统诊断与分析：具备优秀的机械系统诊断分析能力，能够独立运用测试仪器或仿真工具对复杂机械故障进行根因分析（Root Cause Analysis）。

System Diagnosis & Analysis: Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills for mechanical systems; capable of independently using testing instruments or simulation tools to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complex mechanical failures.

3.运动控制基础：了解基本的运动控制原理，熟悉常见的电机（如步进、伺服、压电等）及其驱动器，有实际运动控制调试或编程经验者加分。

Basic Motion Control Knowledge: Understanding of basic motion control principles; familiar with common motors (e.g., stepper, servo, piezoelectric) and their drivers. Hands-on experience in motion control debugging or programming is a plus.
