锦鲤求职岗位描述
1.干法刻蚀（CCP&ICP）或者薄膜（CVD)工艺维护及新工艺开发。
2.分析和解决工艺相关问题，并撰写相关报告。
3.与客户建立良好的合作关系，并根据需要独立领导重要项目和处理重要客户需求。
4.需要国内出差(出差时间不超过20%)以提供客户支持。
5.主管交办的其他工作
1. Work on Dry Etch (CCP & ICP) system process maintain & new application penetration.
2. Analysis & trouble shooting process related issue. and write related reports.
3. Co-work and build up good relationship with customer, and lead key project & handle key customers request independently as needed.
4. Need to travel within China (up to 20% travel time) for customer support if needed.
5. Other tasks assigned by superior.
1. 硕士学历，工科或理工科背景。
2. 了解半导体制造工艺流程，特别是蚀刻或者薄膜工艺。
3. 热爱半导体设备行业，有很强的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新的知识和技能。
4. 良好的英语读写能力。
5. 有较强的抗压能力和解决问题的能力。
6. 良好的团队合作精神、责任心和沟通能力。
1. Master degree with an Engineer or Science background
2. Understand the semiconductor manufacturing process flow, especially the ETCH/CVD process
3. Passionate about the semiconductor equipment industry, with a strong willingness and ability to learn, and capable of quickly grasping new knowledge and skills.
4. Good at English writing and reading
5. Have a strong ability to withstand pressure and to solve problems
6. Good team-work, responsible and communication skill is needed
