岗位职责
1. Conduct work safety observation, analisys and find out the hidden risks.
2. Conduct daily workplace safety inspection and offering recommendations for improving work safety management.
3. Carry out chemical safety management program to reduce the risk of chemical and special gas.
4. Deliver safety training to employees to promote safety awareness.
5. Implement MoC (Management of Change) program to control EHS hazards & risks.
6. Work with EHS peers to complete other EHS management works as assigned.
1. 开展安全观察，分析并识别潜在的风险。
2. 开展日常隐患排查，及时发现安全隐患并给出改善建议。
3. 开展化学品全生命周期安全管理，降低安全风险。
4. 组织开展安全培训和安全活动，提升员工安全意识，促进安全文化建设。
5. 实施安全变更管理，以控制EHS危害和风险。
6. 与EHS团队其他成员合作，落实各项EHS管理。
岗位要求
1.Master degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
2.Good English writing and speaking capability.
3.Strong communication and training skills.
4.Familiar with MS Office.
5.Integrity & team work spirit.
1.安全工程或相关专业，硕士学位。
2.良好的英语听说读写能力。
3.优秀的沟通和培训技巧。
4.熟练操作office系统。
5.优秀的团队合作精神。
