锦鲤求职岗位描述
Job Purpose: Answer incoming calls, create corresponding work order and communicate with technicians and relevant department to provide professional and courteous service to all end users.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling user phone calls for the Facilities related issues on Emergencies & Follow-up on work orders
• Manage work orders in Dispatch system and dispatch job tasks to duty technicians accordingly
• Ensure job requests are assigned within a specified time limit according to designated priorities
• Generate operational reports for Management review
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Call Centre working experience is an advantage
Education: High school graduated or above
Language Abilities: Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English, and Mandarin
Computer Skills: High school graduated or above
