Systems Analyst

岗位职责
To research, develop, validate, and deploy:
• Minimally invasive surgical robotic systems, including but not limited to state-of-the-art multi-port and other advanced systems.
• Robotic surgery instruments, including but not limited to scissors, graspers, and electro-surgical tools.
• Related robotic algorithms, including but not limited to kinematics control, dynamics control, behaviour control, force control, haptic feedback, teleoperation, instrument control, etc.
• System identification and automated manufacturing tools for quality-ensured mass production of robotic systems and parts.

岗位要求
Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in robotics, control engineering, automation, computer science, or other related fields.
• Candidates with a Bachelor's and Master's degree should have participated in relevant research/industrial projects/competitions.
• Candidates with a PhD and MPhil should have significant related publications and RND experience in relevant fields.

Desired skills:
• Proficiency in the basics of multi-DOF rigid body system modelling, pulley system modelling, friction dynamics, actuator dynamics, vibration dynamics, DSP, feedback/feedforward control, motor control. Candidates must pass a written technical examination.
• Proficiency in C/C++/ SIMULINK/Python and git. Candidates with RTOS and/or embedded systems development experiences are preferred.
• Proficiency in debugging and analyzing electromechanical systems on a multi-domain level.
• Able to work with a multi-disciplinary team of a multi-cultural background with strong communication and language skills.
