1.Learn and assist in basic experiments and debugging of optical device and fiber coupling.
2.Support parameter optimization during active alignment processes.
3.Participate in basic packaging operations such as dispensing and curing (training provided).
4.Independently conduct validation experiments, record data, and perform basic analysis.
5.Assist in troubleshooting simple production issues.
6.Prepare experimental records and basic technical documentation.
