岗位要求
1. Production Assistant Manager （生产副理）
职责要求 / Responsibilities
• 负责生产现场管理，确保产线稳定运行
• 推动产能爬坡，提升班组整体效率
• 协调跨部门沟通，解决生产问题
• Manage production site operations to ensure line stability
• Drive capacity ramp-up and improve team efficiency
• Coordinate cross-department communication to resolve production issues
任职资格 / Qualifications
• 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先
• 具备生产管理经验，熟悉产线运作
• 具备双语沟通能力
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering
• Experience in production management and familiarity with line operations
• Bilingual communication skills

2. Quality Senior Engineer （质量高级工程师）
职责要求 / Responsibilities
• 建立并完善质量体系，推动持续改进
• 处理客户投诉，制定纠正预防措施
• 负责制程质量监控与提升
• Establish and improve quality systems, driving continuous improvement
• Handle customer complaints and develop corrective/preventive actions
• Monitor and enhance process quality
任职资格 / Qualifications
• 本科及以上学历，质量或工程相关专业
• 3–5 年质量管理或工程经验
• 熟悉质量体系标准，具备双语沟通能力
• Bachelor’s degree or above in quality or engineering-related fields

3. Process Senior Engineer （工艺高级工程师）
职责要求 / Responsibilities
• 推动工艺改善，优化生产流程
• 提升良率，降低不良率
• 支持新工艺导入与验证
• Drive process improvement and optimize production flow
• Enhance yield and reduce defect rates
• Support new process introduction and validation
任职资格 / Qualifications
• 本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、光电通信等相关工程专业
• 3–5 年工艺改善或生产支持经验
