主要职责
1.分析客户需求，系统需求及系统架构
Analysis of customer specifications, system requirements and system architectures
2.根据开发流程编写软件需求文档，组织需求评审工作
Creation of software requirements according to the specifications of the development process. organize the requirement review activities
3.负责汽车电子软件需求分析、软件设计、编码、软件集成、调试、测试
Responsible for automotive electronic software requirement analysis, software design, coding, software integration, debugging and test
4.支持客户对缺陷部件的分析，必要时提供现场技术支持
Support the analysis of defective parts from customer, onsite technical support when necessary.
5.与国际开发团队协调工作
Working in an international development team
6.完成上级领导临时布置的相关工作
Complete the work temporarily arranged by the superior leadership
岗位要求
1. 五年以上汽车行业软件开发经验，熟悉汽车行业标准和规范；
Five or more years of experience in software development in the automotive industry, familiar with automotive industry standards and specifications;
2.优秀的软件编程能力，熟练使用C/C++等主流编程语言
Good at software programming with popular language as C, C++, etc
3.具有汽车行业软件设计、编码、分析、集成和测试的经验
Experience with the design, coding, analysis, integration, and testing of software in the automotive industry
4.有汽车行业需求设计经验者优先，有MATLAB/Simulink经验者优先
Experiences with requirements design in automotive industry is a plus.
Experience with MATLAB Simulink is a plus
5.有汽车气候控制和热泵系统经验者优先
Experience with automotive climate control and heat pump system is a plus
6.有TFT显示面板开发知识者优先
Knowledge of TFT display panel development is a plus
7.具有汽车通信协议（Ethernet、CAN、LIN、UDS）经验者优先。
Experiences with Automotive communication protocols(Ethernet、CAN、LIN、UDS) is a plus.
8.具有基于 AUTOSAR 的开发经验者优先。有 ASPICE 经验者优先
Experiences with AUTOSAR based development is a plus. Experiences with ASPICE is a plus
