Your Responsibilities
Define and implement global manufacturing standards, including processes, technologies, and equipment concepts
Develop and optimize scalable manufacturing solutions, considering regional requirements such as cost, volume, and automation levels
Drive innovation in manufacturing, including automation, modularization, and flexible production concepts
Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and best practices across global sites
Lead the development and continuous improvement of Standard P-FMEA and process guidelines
Collaborate closely with Global Product Engineering to drive Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Automation (DfA)
Coordinate global cross-functional teams and experts, ensuring alignment across regions and business units
Manage core manufacturing engineering projects, including planning, prioritization, cost estimation, and execution
Foster global knowledge sharing, benchmarking, and continuous improvement culture
Your Profile
University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics or related field
Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and industrialization
Significant experience (>5 years) within seatbelts manufacturing
Proven track record in automation, production technologies, and global projects
Experience in cross-functional and international collaboration
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with functioning in a global matrix operating environment
Business fluent in English, any other language is a plus (especially Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, German, Romanian, Portuguese)
Open to frequent global business travel
