We are looking for a proactive and commercially savvy Senior Manager, Commercial Finance to support the sustainable growth of our Franchise & Wholesale business.
This role acts as a strategic finance business partner, connecting sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory, investment, and customer profitability into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate can think holistically, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities early, and influence business decisions with strong commercial judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business planning, sales, operations, and cross-functional teams to support business performance and decision-making.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for the Franchise & Wholesale business.
Analyze sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory, customer performance, and profitability to identify key business drivers.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve growth quality, profitability, inventory health, and investment efficiency.
Support business case evaluation, ROI analysis, and post-investment review for key commercial initiatives.
Track business risks and opportunities, and work with stakeholders to drive clear action plans.
Strengthen sell-out data quality and analytical efficiency.
Promote consistent business logic, data transparency, and disciplined decision-making across customer, channel, and marketplace discussions.
Improve dashboards, reporting tools, and analysis frameworks to enable faster and better business decisions.
Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives with strong financial logic and commercial insight.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields.
8–10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Retail Finance, or business partnering.
Experience in retail, franchise, wholesale, FMCG, sportswear, fashion, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
Strong understanding of sell-in, sell-out, margin, inventory, customer profitability, and retail KPIs.
Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Experience in ROI analysis, business case review, or customer/store profitability analysis is a plus.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI or reporting tools is preferred.
