Responsible for supporting end-to-end financial management of marketing and expense-related projects, including proposal review and approval follow-up, goods receipt confirmation, and contract review to ensure compliance with internal policies and budget requirements.
Support timely and accurate monthly closing by tracking expense accruals, validating actual spending, and coordinating with business teams to resolve discrepancies. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and annual budgets by consolidating business inputs, analyzing spending trends, and identifying key drivers.
Review payment requests and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved budgets and policies.
Conduct ROI analysis for key initiatives to evaluate spending effectiveness and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

- Lead onn spending efficiencies
- Other Ad-hoc monthly actual closing, monthly rolling forecast and annual budget
- Lead on daily communication and work closely with business operation for spending, cost control and process improvement
- Lead monthly payment check and reconciliation process
- Support operation for ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Prior auto-industry experience would be a definite advantage; otherwise a demonstrated ability to learn new processes and skills
- 3-5 years working experience in finance area
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese and work at all levels, cross-functionally
- Ability to persevere in a fast-paced, seemingly unpredictable environment
- Self-motivated with a "can-do attitude" and "drive for results"
- Team player with courage to "do the right thing"
