Lead cross-functional coordination and end-to-end delivery management of Ford's program OTA (Over-the-Air) releases, milestone governance, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Serve as a key liaison across engineering, product, and business teams, support Export OTA work planning. Act as business governance operations, and internal control/compliance support for the department.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for export program connectivity OTA related consolidation, and liaison with X-function team on activities of supporting planning and delivery implementation, etc.
Manage the activities of X-function delivery team to deliver cooperate level OTA program release to ensure OTA delivery on time with good quality independently.
Independently Lead and Manage all key OTA metrics, including and understanding of how they interrelate and ensure the right focus is kept in the teams to enable delivery at each Milestone.
Lead governance operations for OTA (e.g. meetings, SharePoint sites, JIRA dashboard maintenance etc). Ensures each OTA documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
Lead each milestone deliverable criteria checking and lead milestone approval with less supervising.
Independently develop the OTA work plan with functions by identifying dependency and decision-making on strategy workplan and ensure OTA status details are communicated to team members in a clear and timely manner.
Identify and monitor issues/risk and work with team to deep dive solution and implement mitigation as well as contingency plans focused on early mitigation or elimination of risks.
Manage Director’s Calendar, Itinerary and related workstreams.
Support operational level business for organization including as SPOC of Internal control and Compliance, manage key engineering delivery reviews (Director TDR/spending/budget management, BPR, etc) and other related workstreams.
Develop strong relationships with x-function team members.

Good understanding of Ford program planning, GPDS process and deliverables.
Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of project management concepts and disciplines
Interpersonal skills such as negotiation, presentation capability, leadership
General knowledge of the subject area for the assigned project
Candidate should be comfortable with the potential for some travel and be flexible with work hours due to the time differences between regions.
