The Mobile APP E2E (End-to-End) Product Manager will lead the definition, execution, and evolution of cross-terminal (Mobile APP & Vehicle IVI) user experiences. Moving beyond traditional single-terminal product management, this role is designed to break down the silos between the vehicle cabin and the mobile application. The E2E PM will own specific high-value functional domains (such as Smart Remote Control, Intelligent Parking/Driving, Sentry & Safety, and Energy & Charging) from end-to-end—managing user journeys, unified state machines, and system logic across the Mobile App, Cloud, T-Box, and IVI HMI to deliver a seamless, delightful, and highly reliable connected-car experience.
General Responsibilities of Product Managers
At Digital product management team, we are looking for Product Managers who will be accountable for these responsibilities:
1. Understand deeply the customer’s needs and write compelling user experience stories, PRD and etc
2. Help oversee the development process, define and sign-off on the acceptance criteria
3, Maintain good communication with the collaboration department, be the interface with business, deep understand the business needs and prioritize requirements based on tech team resource
4. Manage Go-to-Market operations and track progress against KPIs
5. Responsible for E2E user behavior data analysis, prioritize user needs, leading the iteration and update of requirements, and improving APP user experience.
Specific Responsibilities for the Integrated E2E Product Management Team Member
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical functional domains (including but not limited to: Sentry Mode, Smart Parking/RPA, Remote Vehicle Control, Home Charger, 3D Car Model). Ensure absolute continuity of user journeys from the mobile app to the vehicle cabin.
A successful team member will demonstrate:
Responsible for the overall process of the product from business research, demand analysis to implementation process and product release
Pay attention to the latest industry trends in the automotive industry and cross-platform interaction between software and hardware, and independently complete market analysis and competitive product research.
Coordinate the whole process of product function, R&D, operation, and implementation, integrate resources, maintain good communication with the collaboration department, track the development progress in time, promote the project to achieve the established goals, and ensure the quality of the implementation.
Write highly structured, logical user stories and PRDs detailing both App-side interactions (iOS/Android/HarmonyOS) and Vehicle-side execution logic. Define clear, cross-terminal acceptance criteria (UAT criteria).
Qulifications
Bachelor's degree or above.
8+ years of experience in product development, preferably in Mobile app product management in Automotive industry.
Professional Exposure
1.Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, particularly in iOS, Android and Harmony platforms. Possessing a basic technical knowledge to effectively communicate with technical teams and understand the feasibility and challenges of technical implementations.
2.Familiarity with telematics and vehicle connectivity technologies, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks. Experience working with APIs and integrating mobile applications with vehicle systems.
3.Experience in using Agile development tools (Jira, Confluence) to manage cross-terminal Epics and Sprints.
4.Proficiency in using analytics tools to gather insights and improve the product based on user feedback and data.
5.Skill in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategy and priorities.
6.Fluent English communication capability in presentation, email writing and etc.
Preferred previous experiences
