Role Overview:
The position is responsible for the design, development, debugging, and maintenance of hardware platforms, test fixtures, and supporting circuits used in semiconductor product, package, and ESD reliability testing. The engineer will develop and optimize test hardware for HBM, CDM, TLP, Latch-up, HTOL and other reliability evaluations based on product characteristics, package types, and qualification requirements. The role requires close collaboration with product engineering, package engineering, failure analysis, test development, and reliability laboratory teams to support products from design verification through reliability qualification and production introduction.

Responsibilities:
1，Analyze requirements and develop hardware solutions for semiconductor product, package, and ESD reliability testing.
2，Design test fixtures, interface boards, and related circuits for HBM, CDM, MM, TLP, VF-TLP, Latch-up, HTOL and other reliability tests.
3，Handle schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, prototype assembly, soldering, debugging, and hardware validation.
4，Design and optimize circuits for high-voltage, high-current, high-speed transient pulse, and low-noise measurement applications.
5，Participate in the design of grounding, shielding, impedance matching, signal integrity, power integrity, thermal management, and safety protection solutions.
6，Work with product and package engineering teams to define reliability development test plans and complete test platform setup, execution, and data verification.
7，Investigate hardware failures, measurement deviations, test repeatability issues, and device failures, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
8，Develop and maintain hardware design specifications, calibration procedures, operating instructions, test records, and technical documentation.
9，Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance of test equipment, fixtures, and supporting hardware.
10，Support reliability laboratory equipment acceptance, capability assessments, and third-party testing resource management.
11，Participate in design reviews, reliability reporting, customer qualification documentation, and production introduction activities.
Qualifications:
1，Bachelor''s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field.,
2，At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor reliability testing, ESD test hardware, hardware, package testing, or laboratory test system development.
3，Solid understanding of HBM, CDM, MM, TLP, VF-TLP, Latch-up, and other ESD or reliability test principles and procedures.,
4，Familiarity with semiconductor reliability and ESD standards, such as JEDEC, ESDA, IEC, and AEC-Q, is preferred.
5，Proficiency with Altium Designer, Cadence, or other schematic and PCB design tools.,
6，Experience using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, source measure units, pulse generators, current probes, parameter analyzers, network analyzers, and related laboratory instruments.
7，Practical experience in high-voltage isolation, high-current drive, transient pulse, low-noise measurement, impedance control, grounding, and shielding design.
8，Strong skills in hardware debugging, fault isolation, soldering and rework, test data analysis, and troubleshooting.
9，Knowledge of common semiconductor package types, including QFN, BGA, WLCSP, FC, and SiP, as well as their reliability test requirements.
10，Experience with chip ESD protection structure analysis, ESD characterization, failure analysis, or automotive electronics reliability projects is a plus.
11，Strong technical writing, cross-functional communication, and project execution skills.
12，Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a laboratory environment while supporting testing, debugging, and project delivery schedules.
