Role Overview:
Kiwimoore is in search of a detail-oriented AI Networking Field Application Engineer candidate proficient in managing AI Networking Scale out and Scale up product and Solution Field Customer support and Customer Enabling.
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
•Customer Technical Support & Requirements Analysis: Gain deep understanding of customer business scenarios and application requirements, collecting and organizing customer feedback and technical issues encountered, effectively communicated to internal Product management and R&D as needed
•Customer relationship and technical enablement: host product training and demo to customers. Establish strong customer technical relationship. Regular customer feedback, to support
•Technical Solution Design & Optimization: host demo, support customer to ramp up Kiwi AI Networking product and solution, conduct system level debug and performance analysis
•Problem diagnosis and resolution: reproduce customer field issue in lab environments, perform initial diagnosis and conduct log analysis, collaborate closely with internal AE team, validation team and R&D for issue tracking, resolution
•Market ∏ support: identify market gap and new products opportunity based on customer needs. Technical documentation preparation
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor/Master's/Doctor's degree in Compute Science, Communications, Microelectronics, Electronics, or related fields.
•10+ years of technical experience in the semiconductor industry, with specific experience in field application engineering, technical support, or hardware design/validation roles experience in documentation, e.g. datasheet, application note, user manual.
•Familiar with semiconductor product lifecycle management, understanding chip design, verification, testing, and production process
•Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, coordination skills, and team spirit, and Customer orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
1.10+ years of FAE or related technical experience in the semiconductor or AI hardware industry AI Networking product development experience
2.Experience with AI chips, GPU/NPU accelerators, or high-speed network chips is highly advantageouKnowledge about AI Network solution from Nvidia, Huawei.
3.Development experience in Chiplet, UCIe, RDMA IP
4.Understanding about UEC, UALink, GSE, UALink.
5.Technical support experience with CSP, CoSP
6.Fluent in spoken English.
