SQA Manager - 鸡肉深加工

岗位职责
Ensure that the poultry meat processing suppliers and products comply with regulations and Yum China standards by implementing Food Safety and Quality Management System.
执行食品安全和质量管理体系，使深加工肉类供应商生产产品符合国家法规及百胜中国标准。

a) Be responsible for the quality management of poultry meat processing suppliers, ensure processing and products compliance with regulations and YUMC standards.
对深加工肉类供应商进行管理，使之加工过程和产品符合国家法规及百胜中国标准
b) Identify the quality and food safety risks of meat products, and take preventive actions to reduce the risks, ensure compliance with national regulations and YUMC standards.
识别肉制品产品开发阶段的质量和食品安全风险，并采取预防措施降低风险，确认其符合国家法规及百胜中国标准
c) Supervise the suppliers, ensure that their operations comply with regulations and YUMC standards.
对供应商进行监督，确认其操作符合国家法规及百胜中国标准
d) Responsible for handling customer complaints, investigating root causes, and tracking suppliers to implement corrective actions.
负责处理顾客客诉，进行原因调查并追踪供应商进行改善
e) Support PCM&FIT team develop new suppliers & products and optimize production line.
支持采购及研发团队，开发新供应商和产品，并优化生产线
f) Improve suppliers' self-quality management capabilities to enhance product compliance and quality.
提升供应商自我质量管理能力，从而提升产品质量及符合性

岗位要求
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree of Food science& Food processing，or other related fields
食品加工/食品科学及相关专业

PERSONAL:
a) Strong execution and quick learning capabilities.
执行力强，善于学习
b) Excellent communication and project management skills.
很强的沟通与项目管理能力
c) Strong analytical and judgment skills with the ability to identify and resolve underlying issues.
很强的分析与判断能力，能发现问题本质并解决问题
d) Positive mindset, can handle work pressure, and accept frequent business travel.
积极乐观，能承受一定的工作压力，可接受出差

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
a) Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance of food field.
至少8年以上食品质量管理经验
b) In-depth knowledge of quality management techniques in food processing industries.
在食品加工方面有较好的质量管理技巧
c) Has a strong background in quality audits, such as FSSC22000, BRC, etc.
具备丰富的质量审核经验
d) Experience in project management cross functions.
有跨部门项目管理经验
e) Experience in Meat-related industries is preferred.
有肉制品食品从业经验者优先
