岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：
（一）病历资料翻译 Medical Record Translation
负责门诊病历、住院病历、病程记录、检查报告、诊断证明、医嘱单据等各类医疗病历文件中泰双语互译，严格遵循医疗专业规范，译文精准严谨，保障医疗文书合规准确。
Responsible for Chinese-Thai translation of outpatient records, inpatient medical records, progress notes, examination reports, medical certificates and medical orders. Ensure accurate, standardized and professional translation of all medical documents.
（二）文案宣传翻译 Copywriting & Document Translation
1.负责医院对外宣传文案、品牌介绍、健康科普内容、活动文案、海报标语双语翻译。
Translate hospital publicity materials, brand introduction, health science articles, event copy and poster slogans.
2.负责院内规章制度、就诊流程、就医须知、公示公告、服务介绍等行政类文件翻译。
Translate hospital regulations, medical process guidelines, official notices and service documents.
3.统一译文风格，用词规范正式，按时完成翻译、校对及内容修改工作。
Unify language style, guarantee formal wording, complete translation, proofreading and revision on time.
（三）线上日常翻译 Online Daily Translation
承接泰语患者线上咨询、病情沟通、诊疗方案讲解等文字及语音翻译，及时响应工作需求，保障医患沟通顺畅高效。
Provide text and voice translation for online consultation, condition communication and treatment plan explanation for Thai-speaking patients.
（四）院内现场陪诊翻译 On-site Medical Escort Interpretation
陪同外籍患者完成挂号、问诊、检查、缴费、取药、出入院办理等全流程就医口译工作，精准传达医生诊断结果、治疗方案、用药指导及就医注意事项，协调医患双向沟通。
Accompany patients throughout hospital procedures including registration, consultation, examinations, payment and admission & discharge. Accurately interpret diagnosis, treatment plans and medication instructions.
（五）其他工作要求 Other Duties
严格遵守医院保密制度，妥善保护患者隐私与医疗信息，严禁信息外泄；服从院内工作安排，高效完成临时紧急翻译任务，维护医院良好服务形象。
Strictly abide by hospital confidentiality rules and protect patient privacy. Complete temporary urgent translation tasks and maintain professional hospital image.
任职要求 Job Requirements：
1.精通中泰双语，泰语口语流利标准，笔译能力扎实，具备专业口译、笔译综合能力。
Proficient in Chinese and Thai, fluent oral Thai with solid written translation ability.
2.熟悉医疗行业专业术语，拥有病历翻译、医疗文案翻译、医院陪诊翻译相关工作经验者优先录用。
Familiar with medical terminology, candidates with medical record, copywriting or escort translation experience are preferred.
3.工作态度认真严谨，责任心强，沟通能力良好，临场应变能力突出，具备优秀服务意识。
Careful, responsible, good communication skills, strong adaptability and service awareness.
4.时间安排灵活自由，可随时响应线上翻译工作，按需前往医院完成现场陪同翻译。
Flexible working time, available for remote translation and on-site hospital interpretation.
5.严守职业准则，保密意识强，遵守医院各项规章制度，品行端正。
Strong confidentiality awareness, abide by professional ethics and hospital regulations.
