DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
I. Strategy & Industry Research
1. Track industry dynamics and policy trends in healthcare services, clinical translation, biotech and AI-enabled healthcare through market research, and provide references for the company’s strategic decision-making.
2. Conduct market and competitive analysis on target segments; prepare structured research reports and materials for management review.
3. Support the formulation and periodic review of the company’s strategy and business plan.
II. Corporate Development & Investment
1. Support the sourcing and screening of corporate development and investment opportunities in healthcare services, biopharma, and AI healthcare; build and maintain the collaboration and opportunity pipeline.
2. Assist in due diligence, financial modelling and valuation analysis, and prepare investment memos and decision materials for management.
3. Support transaction execution with internal functions and external advisors.
III. Business Analysis & Decision Support
1. Proficiency in using data analysis tools; assist in the collation, analysis and visual presentation of financial and business data.
2. Responsible for the ROI analysis of key projects to support management decisions.
3. Apply AI tools to information collection, data processing and report generation in daily work; proactively explore AI use cases in healthcare research and investment analysis.
EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 经验，技能及能力要求：
Education Solid educational background in Bio-engineering, Biomedical or Bio-pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences or related areas.
Solid grounding or educational background in corporate finance, strategy analysis or investment through internships, coursework or projects, such as financial analysis, valuation, corporate development or investment research.
Overseas education background is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills：
Strong research and analytical skills with solid business acumen; internship or working experience in healthcare industry research, strategy consulting, investment or corporate development is a plus.
Strong interest in AI, with hands-on experience of using AI tools preferred.
Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis or BI tools is a plus.
