Officer / Senior Officer, Claims (General Insurance – Motor focus)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle Motor insurance claims from initiation to resolution

Verify, investigate and assess validity of claims

Liaise with customers and service providers

Negotiate settlements with third party claimants

Attend Small Claims Tribunal

Answer claims hotlines and general telephone enquiries

Provide quality service to customers in accordance with the service standards

Assist in ad hoc projects and UAT as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

(non-degree holder with relevant experience will be also considered)

Fresh graduates will be considered

Relevant experience in general insurance industry will be definitely an advantage

Professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE / ACII / ANZIIF) will be an advantage

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Good communication and analytical skills

Good computer skills
