About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations professional to support the build-out and ongoing operation of RWA’s middle- and back-office capabilities.

3. Tokenisation & Digital Asset Operations
Support the operational implementation of tokenised financial products as an additional layer on top of the underlying financial products.
Coordinate token issuance, minting, burning, transfer, redemption and settlement processes where applicable.
Support wallet-related operational processes, including wallet setup, transaction workflows and operational reconciliation.
Perform reconciliation between underlying financial product records, internal books and records, and token / on-chain records where required.
