岗位简介 Position Overview
我们正在招募一名医学顾问，负责女性健康产品的医学策略与核心学术项目。该岗位将围绕临床及真实世界数据、学术发表、指南与专家共识、顾问委员会（AB）及产品策略开展工作，并与国内外专家及公司跨部门团队紧密合作。
We are seeking a Medical Advisor to support medical strategy and key scientific programs in Women’s Health. The role will focus on clinical and real-world data, publications, guidelines and expert consensus, advisory boards (ABs), and product medical strategy, working closely with external experts and cross-functional teams.
核心职责 Key Responsibilities
产品医学策略 Product medical strategy
• 参与制定并执行产品医学策略及年度医学计划；整合临床证据、诊疗实践、指南、竞争格局和医学洞察，为产品上市及全生命周期管理提供医学建议。
Develop and execute product medical strategies and annual plans; integrate evidence, clinical practice, guidelines, the competitive landscape, and medical insights to support launch and lifecycle decisions.
数据与证据 Data and evidence
• 参与临床研究、IIT及真实世界研究的方案讨论、数据审核和结果解读；与统计、临床及项目团队合作，将数据转化为具有临床价值的医学结论。
Contribute to study design, data review, and interpretation for clinical studies, IITs, and real-world research; work with biostatistics, clinical, and project teams to translate data into clinically meaningful conclusions.
学术发表 Publications
• 制定和推动论文、摘要、海报及大会报告的发表计划；协调作者及合作方，参与医学写作、内容审核、投稿和修订。
Develop and advance publication plans for manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations; coordinate authors and partners and contribute to writing, review, submission, and revision.
指南、共识与AB会议 Guidelines, consensus, and advisory boards
• 支持指南、专家共识及临床实践建议相关项目；规划并组织顾问委员会、专家讨论会和研究者会议，提炼医学洞察并推动后续行动。
Support guideline, expert consensus, and clinical practice recommendation initiatives; plan advisory boards, expert discussions, and investigator meetings, capture insights, and follow through on actions.
专家及跨部门合作 External and cross-functional collaboration
• 与国内外专家、研究者和学术组织开展科学交流；为临床开发、注册、市场、准入及现场团队提供医学支持和培训。
Engage domestic and international experts, investigators, and societies; provide medical input and training to Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and field teams.
任职要求 Qualifications
• 临床医学、药学、生命科学或相关专业硕士及以上学历；MD或PhD优先。
Master’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related discipline; MD or PhD preferred.
• 通常具备3年及以上制药或生物技术行业医学事务经验；有医学策略、数据解读或发表项目独立负责经验者优先。
Typically 3+ years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma or biotechnology; experience independently managing medical strategy, data interpretation, or publication projects is preferred.
• 熟悉临床研究设计、常用统计结果和医学文献评估，能够独立解读数据、撰写和审核医学材料。
Familiar with clinical study design, common statistical outputs, and critical appraisal; able to interpret data independently and draft or review medical content.
• 具备较强的英文听说读写能力，可独立阅读英文文献、撰写或审核英文医学材料，并参与英文会议及国际专家沟通。
Strong English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills; able to review literature, prepare English medical materials, and participate in English-language meetings and international expert discussions.
• 具备良好的项目管理和沟通协调能力，能够同时推进多个项目并保证质量和进度。
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage concurrent projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
• 具有妇科、妇科肿瘤、女性健康、肿瘤或创新药械经验者优先。
Experience in gynecology, gynecologic oncology, women’s health, oncology, or innovative drug/device products is preferred.
