MAJORRESPONSIBILIES

Responsible for select, develop and manage sales staff.

Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented.

Manager all sales administrative functions to including goal setting, bonus program, etc.

管理销售行政工作，包括销售目标制定，奖励机制等。

Serve as hotels authority on sales processes and sales contracts.

全权负责销售工作程序及销售合同。

Act as sales contact for General Manager, property leaders, and cluster sales leaders and customer.

作为总经理、集团领导，以及客户的销售联络人。
