Job Purpose

• Own and drive the Brand Calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment on key business priorities, milestones, and strategic launches. Lead timing, coordination, and execution governance across all departments, securing operational consistency, speed, and effective communication flow throughout the organization.

• Acting as a central coordination and information management hub, the role enables disciplined go-to-market execution aligned with brand standards, commercial objectives, and organizational priorities.

Area of Responsibilities

A. Calendar

• Own and govern the Brand Integrated Calendar, ensuring full visibility across all regions and organizational levels, while driving continuous update discipline and information accuracy across HQ departments.

• Lead the implementation and cross-functional coordination of all 360° Launch Packs, including Collections (SS, May Issue, FW, Holiday), Regional Key Moments (Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, etc.), Product Focus initiatives, Commercial

Opportunities (e.g. Japanese Super Lucky Days), and special projects developed in partnership with Communication, Retail, Merchandising, and Retail Architecture. Ensure not only the delivery of clear operational tools, but above all flawless and timely execution.

• Act as the central organizational hub for the monthly definition, consolidation, and communication of “Business Priorities of the Month,” coordinating alignment across Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Training, CRM, Clients & High End, and E-Commerce teams to guarantee consistency of product focus and commercial direction.

• Lead the planning and governance of the Pop-Up ensuring on-time execution, operational coordination, and seamless information flow across all involved functions, including Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Retail Architecture, Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Communication, CRM, and Retail Events.

B. Product Marketing

• Coordinate and drive Retail Architecture product-focus projects: store lists, timing, implementation priorities, and geographic scope in close alignment with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail teams, ensuring consistency and execution quality across the network.

• Support Marketing& Communication and Content Factory teams in the execution of Advertising Campaign shootings and multi-channel asset development initiatives (lookbooks, editorials, catalogues, and related materials), ensuring product availability alignment with Product and Merchandising teams, while leading cross-functional coordination meetings to secure clear priorities, timing, and execution calendars.

C. Architecture & Real Estate

• Coordinate the workflows for new openings, restyling's and relocations, managing feedback about space layouts designed by Retail Architecture team. Act as the pivotal function, ensuring the correct timing, between HQ Retail Architecture, local markets (relating to President/local CEO’s) and HQ functions involved (Merchandising, Retail Operations, Client & High End).

• Support markets to create commercial briefings for new stores openings or key restyling's/renovations, managing timing and aligning all HQ functions involved, with the goal to provide HQ Retail Architecture with all inputs for the layout design

• Coordinate the workflows and coordinate shop modifications requests from markets, working closely with Store Planning in terms of cost management and requests’ feasibility.

• Promote a collaborative and synergetic approach among departments to guarantee visibility on deadlines, objectives, and project status.

• Leverage on smoother and time-saving tools, especially the SharePoint Channel, both on HQ and on Markets side.

• The Local Time to Market reference owns and coordinates the Local Market Calendar, ensuring full alignment with the WW Brand Calendar while adapting priorities, timing, and activations to specific market needs and commercial opportunities.

• The role is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and execution of collection launches, product-focus initiatives, key commercial moments, and special projects within the local market.

• Acting as a strategic cross-functional connector, the position drives alignment across all departments involved in the go-to-market process, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines while enabling agile and market-relevant execution tailored to local business priorities and timelines.

Area of Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the local commercial calendar, ensuring inter-functional alignment, coordinating timing and responsibilities, working on retro-planning with specific deadlines for each function.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Architecture, CRM, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to ensure timely and consistent execution.

• Organize weekly meetings with all local functions involved in the execution of a project, checking if all information are clear and available from HQ side, if all action plans are aligned towards the same goal of the project and verifying the project progress and status considering deadlines and timing.

• Manage distribution and cascading of 360° WW Launch Packs provided by HQ, adapting to all local specific needs and regional context.

• Act as a counterpart for HQ Time-to-Market, working closely about regional projects’ strategy definition (for ex. Chinese New Year) and projects status update (organize a bi-weekly update meeting with HQ Time-to-Market team).

• Facilitate communication flow between local teams and HQ functions, ensuring visibility on deadlines, project status, and business objectives.
