MFG Manager - Thailand

Summary

The role of a MFG Manager is to manage the effective operations of the Assembly Team, as well as HR issues for team

members.

Duties and Responsibilities

(these are the positions essential duties and is not an all inclusive list)

· Manage and Develop the assembly team

· Work with Plant Manager and other function managers to secure production running

· Allocate resource to work on production according to operation job load and forecasting

· Build the pipe-line of qualified human resource

· Build and maintain team structure and supervision system for persistent improvement on quality and efficiency

· Build and maintain supplier capacity for operation outsourcing

Key Performance Indicators & Measures

· Major Safety Incident Rate 0

· Assembly order on‑time delivery ≥95%

· Operator competency assessment pass rate 100%

· Hourly rate variance ±5%

· LEAN Activity Participation Rate 100%

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

· Education : Technical High School Diploma

· Previous experiences: Experience as Manufacturing Team Leader or another Manufacturing Managerial Role

· Languages: English advanced
