Summary

Works as part of a team under the supervision of a Manufacturing Leader (Supervisor) or Team Leader, carrying out several tasks related to the Business Unit where he/she is allocated.

Duties and Responsibilities

(these are the positions essential duties and is not an all inclusive list)

Main areas of responsibilities are:

· Work closely with Manufacturing Leader to respect production timing

· Perform operations related to the following manufacturing processes (depending on the Business and the own

specializations): Machining, Fabrication, Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Assembly, Integration, Geometrical Control, Pipe and Wiring, Sing off)

· Report equipment and material faults

· Report non-conformities

· Monitor production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks

· Use the specific tools required for any operation

· Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks, when required

· Clean and maintain work areas and machinery

· Follow WCM methodology during all the operations

• Individual assembly work order on‑time completion rate ≥95%

• Overtime Requirement Compliance Rate 100%

• Training Participation Rate 100%

• Operator competency assessment pass rate 100%

• EHS & 5S site compliance 100%

Qualifications (Education,

Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

· Education : Technical schools diploma

· Previous experiences: Previous experience on a production line preferred

· Languages: English is preferred
