Summary
This position is primarily responsible for the facility management of the Thailand plant.
Duties and Responsibilities
(these are the positions essential duties and is not an all inclusive list)
Main areas of responsibilities are:
1. Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the factory's utility
systems to ensure uninterrupted production energy supply; Major utility systems include: high-voltage power supply, medium and low-voltage power distribution, compressed air, central air conditioning, fire alarm, water supply system, surveillance and security system, lightning protection, and machining equipment, etc.
2. Responsible for the daily spot checks and routine inspections of the factory's compressed air, air conditioning, electrical, and special equipment, and maintaining corresponding records.
3. Responsible for the monthly collection and analysis of data on water, electricity, and gas consumption, and implementing improvement measures for any identified anomalies.
4. Responsible for the management of special equipment: including daily operation and maintenance of elevators, pressure pipelines, overhead cranes,etc.; organizing annual inspections; and handling breakdown repairs.
5. Plan and optimize spare parts for facility systems, establish reasonable safety stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
6. Prepare and update facility maps for water, electricity, and pipelines; clearly define the management areas for each department; conduct supervision and inspections; identify issues, urge rectification, and ensure safe energy usage.
7. Provide technical support during equipment and facility maintenance, and train, supervise, and guide the personnel implementing maintenance projects.
8. Evaluate, select, and supervise external facility contractors to ensure the quality, cost control, and schedule adherence of project construction.
9. Manage the facility team, including setting performance goals and conducting performance appraisals.
10. In accordance with the company's factory development strategy and facility renovation plans, assist in the planning, design, construction, management, and acceptance/handover of factory renovation projects.
11. Establish a ledger for major energy-consuming equipment. Maintain consumption records for key energy-consuming equipment and establish detailed ledgers for major energy-consuming units.
12. Inspect and evaluate the company's equipment and facilities, propose and formulate maintenance and improvement plans; communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to organize and implement these plans. Formulate on-site energy inspection plans, organize energy inspection activities, and urge rectification to correct energy waste.
13. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of energy-saving measures and engineering solutions.

Qualifications (Education,
Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)
1. Associate degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil Construction, or a related field; possess over 3 years of maintenance experience with plant facility power equipment. Demonstrate knowledge of fire
safety, mechanical & electrical systems, electrical engineering, and special equipment. Hold experience in low-voltage electrical maintenance, and possess valid High/Low Voltage Electrician Certificates.
2.Hands-on experience in the maintenance and operation of compressed air systems; proficient in the operation and maintenance of pressure vessels and air compressors.
3.Experience in maintaining plant air conditioning systems, specifically in the maintenance of central air conditioning units.
Behavioral Competencies
1. Ability to independently diagnose faults and perform repairs; familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.
2.Proficient in energy data statistics, analysis, and evaluation, as well as the formulation and implementation of energy-saving technologies for energy-consuming equipment.
3.Proficient in using CAD software.
4.Possess basic English reading and writing skills.
