Fiat Operations Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in supporting daily fiat deposit and withdrawal operation work covering Hong Kong, Singapore, MENA and other overseas markets, including auxiliary review of abnormal deposit orders, simple transaction data sorting and follow-up, and assisting in docking and communicating with bank channels under guidance.

2. Follow up and sort out daily fiat-related consultation demands from external clients, sales teams, customer service and internal departments, record problem details and processing progress, and assist in promoting the smooth progress of daily operation work.

3. Assist in sorting out daily operational pain points and inefficient links in fiat business, collate user feedback and operation data, and cooperate with product teams to complete basic demand docking and verification work for middle-office system optimization.

4. Support auxiliary work of customer account opening process sorting and channel expansion data statistics, assist in optimizing the process of fiat deposit and withdrawal business, and improve overall service coverage and user experience.

5. Assist in completing daily fund data statistics, sorting and checking work, and provide basic support for fiat fund management and fiat yield-related business projects.

6. Assist in sorting out and compiling fiat operation SOPs, daily operation manuals, simple contingency plans and internal knowledge base documents, and regularly update and organize business materials.

7. Responsible for daily business data sorting, simple data analysis and result presentation, summarize regular business rules, output basic analysis insights, and support daily business optimization and team decision-making.

Job Requirements

1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students in school, fresh graduates are also acceptable; major in Finance, International Trade, Economics, Statistics or related fields is preferred.

2. Have internship or campus practical experience related to fintech, operation, cross-border business or finance; outstanding fresh graduates with excellent comprehensive ability are also welcome.

3. Flexible working attitude, willing to cooperate with the team’s temporary work arrangement and emergency business support as needed.

4. Have a strong interest in Web3 industry, stablecoins and global cross-border payment ecosystem, and be willing to learn industry-related professional knowledge systematically.

5. Familiar with basic logic of cross-border payment business, understand basic risk control rules, multi-currency settlement and other related business knowledge is a plus.

6. Have basic compliance and risk awareness, able to strictly abide by business compliance requirements of different regional fiat businesses.

7. Proficient in Excel, capable of basic data sorting, statistics and analysis; have certain business observation and summary ability.

8. Good English reading and writing ability, able to read and sort out English business documents and data materials proficiently.

9. Careful and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility, good cross-team communication and collaborative awareness, able to efficiently complete daily auxiliary operation work.
