岗位职责
• Manage full cycle protein science projects to meet client aligned milestones and delivery timelines.
• Maintain regular technical communication with global clients, provide progress updates and address feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build custom workflows for protein expression, purification and functional/structural assays.
• Support experimental design, resolve technical bottlenecks and deliver hands on technical solutions.
• Draft, review and archive project documentation: lab reports, client deliverables and SOPs.
• Optimize SOPs, workflows and platform operations to reinforce quality control for protein production and characterization.
• Mentor lab staff to ensure consistent, SOP compliant experimental execution.
• Refine project workflows to elevate cross party communication and client satisfaction.
岗位要求
• Master’s or PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Structural Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology or related fields.
• ≥2‑year hands‑on protein/biologics R&D experience (PhD); ≥4‑year relevant experience (Master’s).
• Proven expertise in recombinant protein work: mainstream expression systems (mammalian, E. coli, insect, yeast), protein expression, purification, sequence & structural analysis.
• Able to devise expression‑purification strategies and analytical characterization plans.
• Skilled in literature review, experimental design, report compilation and technical problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal English (daily working language; interviews conducted in English). Overseas study or work experience preferred.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated; capable of independent and collaborative work.
