A Snapshot of Your Day
Join a team where you will drive the successful execution of transformer projects from contract signing through final delivery. You will coordinate technical clarifications, production planning, milestone tracking, and on-time delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and keep projects moving forward. Imagine being the key link between customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates, managing order changes, and continuously improving customer satisfaction. You will also build and lead project teams, manage project risks, and ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately. Your work will directly support reliable project execution and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead project execution activities from contract award through delivery, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
Coordinate technical clarification, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to keep projects on schedule and resolve unexpected issues.
Partner with customers and internal teams to manage delivery expectations, order changes, and project requirements across domestic and export projects.
Build and guide project teams while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, escalating key topics to management when needed.
Maintain complete project documentation and continuously strengthen customer relationships to improve satisfaction and project outcomes.
What You Bring
You have a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
You bring more than 3 years of experience in the transformer industry and more than 3 years of project management experience.
You have experience coordinating complex project execution activities, including customer communication, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You possess CET-4 or above English proficiency and can communicate effectively with domestic and international customers.
Experience in a joint-venture company is preferred; experience with UHV (Ultra High Voltage) projects or products, including AC 1000kV and DC ±800kV and above, will be highly valued.
