Join Siemens Energy and help shape the future of finance and controlling processes across China. You will lead SAP FI/CO enhancements within the regional ERP landscape, working closely with business and IT teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, harmonize processes, and support business growth. Imagine collaborating with key stakeholders to translate complex financial requirements into impactful SAP solutions while driving meaningful process improvements across multiple countries and systems. In this role, you will combine your SAP expertise, consulting mindset, and project management skills to help the organization gain a competitive advantage through digitalization and innovation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead SAP FI/CO changes and enhancements within Siemens Energy’s regional ERP system, ensuring reliable and efficient financial processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications for complex SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
Provide expert process consulting and day-to-day business support for SAP FI/CO-related topics, helping teams achieve optimal business outcomes.
Design and implement new processes and solutions with Business and IT representatives, driving standardization and continuous improvement.
Manage small-to-medium IT projects and partner with external service providers to ensure high-quality delivery, while working closely with the ERP Value Center and broader IT organization.
What You Bring
You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above.
You have 3-5 years of SAP implementation experience in a multinational environment, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI & CO implementation and support.
You have a solid understanding of finance and controlling business processes and can effectively translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
You demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and can confidently engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
You have fluent English communication skills.
SAP ECC FI/CO certification is preferred, and experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
