Relationship Manager (Fixed Income Products, wealth managements)

Build relationships with HNW/UHNW clients

Drive asset gathering (AUM growth)

Familiarity with MAS / SFC / ASIC environments

We are hiring across multiple seniority levels to support the distribution of fixed income and income-enhancement fund products. Return drivers may involve systematic FX trading and notes linked to insurance policy coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Build client relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients

Drive AUM growth through proactive outreach, meetings, and disciplined follow-up

Manage a trackable sales pipeline and provide regular pipeline/market updates

Present product structure, return drivers, key risks, liquidity, and fees in a compliant manner

Coordinate investor materials (pitch decks, DDQs, terms/structures) and support roadshows/events (HK & Singapore)

Monitor FX/rates markets and translate insights into investor-ready messaging

Collect client feedback and contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategy

(Senior/Head) Develop regional distribution strategy, lead/coaching, and partner engagement

Success Metrics

Number and quality of qualified meetings and pipeline trackability

AUM growth / fundraising progress against targets

Investor communication quality and closed-loop follow-up

Strong compliance discipline and professional conduct

Requirements

Experience in asset management distribution / fixed income / FX / structured products / private banking sales (or related)

Strong understanding of fixed income, FX instruments, and yield enhancement strategies

Proven relationship origination and ability to convert opportunities into allocations

Strong presentation and communication skills; clear, compliant explanation of complex strategies

Integrity, discretion, confidentiality mindset

Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance/Economics/Business preferred)

Nice to Have Network across institutional and/or HNW channels in SG/HK/Australia

Familiarity with MAS / SFC / ASIC sales documentation and regulatory expectations

CFA / CAIA or relevant licenses (where applicable)
