Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of NBFI clients, including asset managers, securities firms, insurance companies, family offices and other financial institutions.

Originate new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships by identifying clients' financing, investment and liquidity management needs.

Drive revenue through a broad range of I&I products, including fixed income, structured products, investment funds and insurance solutions.

Work closely with Product, Treasury, Credit and Risk teams to structure and deliver tailored financial solutions to institutional clients.

Manage the full relationship lifecycle, including client onboarding, KYC, credit coordination, product execution and ongoing relationship management.

Achieve assigned revenue, AUM and client acquisition targets, while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.

4 years of relevant banking / financial services experience, with solid exposure & network to NBFI or institutional clients.

Strong knowledge of investment and insurance products, with proven experience in cross-selling financial solutions.

Established NBFI client network and demonstrated track record in relationship development and revenue generation.

Strong commercial acumen, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Chinese.
