(~25K) Technical Officer (Building Projects)

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Architecture, etc.

Experience/ Knowledge in CAD software/ BIM /drawing software is preferred

Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese

Check application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Collect and verify additional information, records and documents when needed.

Review plans, technical documents, certificates and reports.

Conduct site inspections, prepare reports/statistics, and handle other related technical duties

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning or related disciplines is highly preferred.

Experience or knowledge of CAD, BIM or other drawing software is highly preferred.

Basic knowledge of site inspections and reviewing architectural/building materials is highly preferred

Good command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
