The Role
Sales & Business Development Support: Partner directly with Priority RMs to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth, focusing purely on sales pitches, meeting preparation, and relationship-building activities.
Client Engagement & Events: Coordinate client meetings, prepare wealth management proposals, market insight presentations, and marketing collateral for high-net-worth individuals.
Transaction Coordination: Assist in facilitating product applications and trade execution by routing paperwork directly to back-office processing and specialist desks.
Service Management: Handle non-regulatory client enquiries, coordinate administrative requests, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal sales teams.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management support, sales administration, or client services.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with investment and insurance products to effectively assist with sales collateral and client presentations.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
Qualifications: HKSI or IIQE licenses are a strong advantage, providing a clear pathway toward a full-fledged Relationship Manager role.
Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an asset.
