Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and cross-departmental operations, providing timely and high-quality assistance.
Oversee the end-to-end client journey, including account onboarding, record updates, profile management, and day-to-day operational support.
Address and resolve client feedback and online inquiries efficiently to maintain top-tier service standards.
Maintain, expand, and structure the online operational knowledge hub for seamless internal references.
Evaluate customer insights and recurring trends to continuously refine workflow efficiency and service benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (Degrees in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred).
2+ years of experience in customer operations or client services (prior experience in brokerage, securities, wealth management, or fund management is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of SFC regulatory standards and Hong Kong stock market operations (including onboarding & account management procedures).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong client-first mindset.
