Our client is a leading international business specializing in premium branded merchandise, gifting solutions, and consumer products, partnering with globally recognized luxury, beauty, lifestyle brands.
Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Project Management professional to support the delivery of product development and brand partnership projects across regional and global markets.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience managing physical goods production projects, vendor coordination, cost management, and multi-stakeholder project execution within a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project coordination for branded merchandise and product development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate closely with clients, brand partners, designers, sourcing teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, action plans, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Support tender and proposal activities, including project costing, pricing analysis, product specifications, and presentation materials.
Oversee product development timelines from concept approval through sampling, production, and delivery.
Coordinate brand approval processes, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and licensing requirements.
Work with sourcing and production teams to manage manufacturing schedules, product quality, and supplier performance.
Track production costs, quotations, and budget performance to support profitability objectives.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and business updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain delivery commitments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related disciplines.
2-6 years of experience in project management, project coordination, product development, merchandising, sourcing, trading, or related functions.
Exposure to physical product manufacturing, branded merchandise, consumer goods, luxury products, retail, or sourcing environments is preferred.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Good understanding of product costing, production processes, and supply chain coordination.
Commercially aware with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
