Purchasing Officer (Cosmetics, up to 26K)

Coordinate sourcing, suppliers, and product development activities.

Monitor production timelines, deliveries, and shipment schedules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Duties

Manage project spending and support budget tracking activities.

Coordinate supplier communications and resolve sourcing-related requests.

Assist in new product sourcing, sample arrangement, and price negotiations.

Follow up product development progress to meet customer expectations.

Monitor manufacturing schedules and ensure timely order completion.

Arrange shipment logistics with factories and freight partners.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Participate in business trips when required.

Job Requirements

Backelor's degree holder in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Textiles, Business, or related fields.

At least 2 years of sourcing, procurement, or purchasing experience.

Background in cosmetics or consumer products is an advantage.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
