Vice President, Finance Transformation
Our client is a growing financial institution seeking an experienced Finance Transformation professional to enhance finance operations, systems and controls across the business.
Key responsibilities
Review and improve end-to-end finance booking, transaction and reporting workflows.
Identify and implement high-impact process improvements and automation opportunities.
Act as the business owner for finance workflow tools, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritisation and UAT.
Partner with Finance, Product, Technology and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Develop SOPs, process maps, control matrices and exception-management procedures.
Support the finance transformation roadmap, covering standardisation, automation and system integration.
Explore and implement AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
7+ years' experience in finance transformation, process improvement, finance systems or workflow design.
Strong understanding of finance booking processes, transaction flows, general ledger accounting and internal controls.
Hands-on experience in accounting systems, workflow tools and automation solutions.
Strong project management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving and cross-functional environment.
Fluent English is required; Mandarin is an advantage.
