About the Client
A leading media agency with international presence is currently seeking for a Senior HR Manager.
About the Role
Serve as a trusted adviser on organization design, workforce planning and leadership capability
Lead and support change-management initiatives, including restructurings, team integration, process optimization and culture transformation
Lead Talent Acquisition on critical hiring needs, talent pipelining, employer branding and workforce planning
Work closely with Compensation & Benefits team on annual salary exercises, staff retention and promotion
Drive effective performance-management processes, including objective setting, calibration, capability interventions and succession discussions
Analyze people data and HR metrics to identify workforce risks, engagement trends, and attrition drivers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, employee experience and HR service delivery
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of HR business partner / full spectrum HR management experience gained preferably from Advertising, Media or Professional Services sector
Proven exposure to organization development, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and talent development
Strong business acumen and numerical sense
Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese
