About The Client
Our client is a well-established property developer and landlord with a diversified portfolio in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to support the leasing and tenancy management of a popular shopping mall
About the role
Handle leasing activities for the shopping mall, including new leases, renewals and tenancy negotiations
Identify and approach potential retail tenants to enhance the mall's tenant mix
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and follow up on leasing-related matters
Conduct market research and keep track of retail trends
Prepare leasing proposals, reports, tenancy documents and related correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments on handover, fitting-out and daily tenant matters
Assist in implementing leasing strategies to improve occupancy and rental performance
The successful applicants
Degree in Real Estate, Business, Surveying, Marketing, or related fields.
4 years or above of experience in retail leasing, property leasing, or shopping mall operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese).
