About The Client
Our client is a leading property developer and operator with a well-established residential portfolio in Hong Kong. They are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of a large-scale residential development
About the role
Lead the overall management and daily operations of the residential estate
Oversee estate facilities, repair and maintenance works, security, cleaning, and other property services
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, service charges, and expenditure
Monitor the performance of contractors and ensure compliance with service standards
Coordinate improvement, renovation, and major maintenance projects
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, company policies, and safety standards
Liaise with residents, owners' representatives, internal departments, contractors, and government authorities
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and the overall resident experience
The successful applicants
Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Professional membership in PMP Tier 1, MHKIH, MCIH, or an equivalent qualification is preferred
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in residential property or estate management, including solid experience in a senior leadership role
Experience managing a sizeable residential estate or integrated development is highly preferred
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
