About The Client
Our client is a leading operator of a large-scale logistics and commercial property in Hong Kong. To support its leasing strategy and continued business growth, the company is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Leasing Manager to join its team.
About the role
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix.
Manage the full leasing cycle, including tenant sourcing, property presentations, negotiations, renewals, and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, property agents, and business partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify rental trends and new leasing opportunities.
Prepare leasing proposals, performance reports, rental analyses, and recommendations for management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, handover, and ongoing support.
Support leasing-related marketing initiatives and undertake ad hoc projects as required.
The successful applicants
Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Approximately 6 years or more of relevant leasing experience, preferably gained within retail, commercial, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or mixed-use property environments.
Candidates with strong retail or commercial leasing experience who are interested in transitioning into the logistics property sector are welcome to apply.
Proven experience in lease negotiation, tenant acquisition, renewal management, and relationship management.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese. Putonghua would be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
