About The Client
Our client is an established property developer with a strong portfolio of high-quality residential developments in Hong Kong. To support its ongoing business growth and upcoming project launches, the company is seeking an accomplished sales and marketing professional to join its leadership team as Assistant General Manager, Sales & Marketing.
About the role
Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies, including project positioning, pricing, sales phasing and inventory planning for first-hand residential developments
Lead end-to-end residential project launches, from market analysis and pre-launch preparation through to sales execution
Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, digital, public relations, events, show flats and customer engagement channels
Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable commercial strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies and business partners to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare sales forecasts, annual budgets, business plans and management reports, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
Lead, coach and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve project targets and maintain a high-performance culture
The successful applicants
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying or a related discipline
Approximately 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in property sales and marketing, with substantial exposure to first-hand residential developments in Hong Kong
Proven experience in leading residential project launches from initial planning and market positioning through to sales execution
Strong understanding of the Hong Kong residential property market, buyer segments, agency channels and sales practices
Sound knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to first-hand residential property sales
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
