About the company
Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a Business Support & Marketing Manager for their Business Banking (SME) team.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Head of SME Business, you are responsible for formulating business plans to achieve SME objectives. You will work closely with product, marketing, project team and branch network in developing promotion programs and tactic product offer to increase SME customer acquisition. You are required to launch business banking strategy and organize client activities and events to drive business growth. In addition, you have to conduct branch sales analysis and provide administrative support to branch to enhance operational efficiency.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in product / marketing / business support in business banking (SME).
Good knowledge in SME Banking operations and project management is required.
Strong business sense, good analytical mind and able to work independently.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin).
