Our client is a well-established international sourcing and buying office supporting multiple US retail brands. They are currently seeking a Merchandiser to join their knitwear team on a temporary contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full merchandising cycle for ladies' knitwear products, from costing and product development to production and shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, factories and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution.
Handle multi-brand accounts and maintain close communication with various cross-functional teams.
Monitor critical paths, production schedules and delivery timelines.
Follow up on samples, costing, bulk production, quality issues and shipment arrangements.
Support vendor management and sourcing activities to ensure product quality and commercial objectives are met.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in knitwear, sweaters or ladies' knit garments.
Solid experience handling the complete order process from costing, development, production through shipment.
Able to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience working with US retail accounts, buying offices or sourcing offices is highly preferred.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 9am - 530pm
