About The Role
An exciting opportunity for a creative and agile Learning & Development professional to join a Group HR team driving talent and organizational capability. Covering everything from programme design and facilitation to stakeholder management and employee engagement, this role suits someone who brings fresh ideas, thinks beyond convention, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, develop and implement talent development, leadership and learning initiatives across the Group
Partner with business stakeholders to understand capability gaps and identify development opportunities aligned to business needs
Conduct training needs analysis and leverage insights and data to shape learning solutions and talent interventions
Facilitate workshops, learning programmes and development activities where appropriate
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences
Manage relationships with learning vendors, consultants and training providers to ensure effective programme delivery
Measure programme effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous enhancement
Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that strengthen the employee experience
Coordinate programme administration, logistics and operational execution to ensure smooth implementation
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices, bringing innovative and practical ideas to continuously evolve the learning agenda
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related disciplines
8-12+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development or a related HR function
Proven experience in learning programme design, talent development initiatives and stakeholder partnering
Strong facilitation, communication and relationship management skills
Ability to translate business challenges into practical and impactful learning solutions
Analytical mindset with experience in training needs analysis, programme evaluation and data-driven decision-making
Creative, curious and commercially minded, with a passion for exploring new approaches and challenging conventional thinking
Agile and adaptable, comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
Hands-on and self-motivated, willing to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution where required
A proactive contributor who can independently identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and drive ideas forward, rather than simply execute instructions
Experience in employee engagement, culture initiatives or change-related programmes would be advantageous
Excellent command of English and Chinese
Title will be offered as Senior Officer or Assistant Manager, depending on experience and qualifications.
